How much does custom balloon décor cost?
Every installation is custom, so pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the design, balloon quantity, backdrops or custom elements, delivery, installation, and event location. Share your event details with us and we'll create a custom quote based on your vision and needs.
Do you provide balloon décor for corporate events and businesses?
Yes! We create custom balloon installations for corporate events, grand openings, brand activations, employee celebrations, holiday parties, product launches, business milestones, and more. Designs can incorporate your brand colors, logo, custom signage, and other branded details for a polished, photo-ready installation.
Do you offer custom backdrops and personalized signage?
Yes. Depending on your design, we can incorporate backdrops, personalized signage, custom vinyl, themed details, and other decorative elements to create a cohesive installation. Let us know what you're envisioning when requesting your quote.
Can you match my event colors or company branding?
Absolutely. We can create a custom balloon color palette to complement your event theme, company colors, or overall aesthetic. For branded and corporate installations, we can also discuss incorporating logos, signage, and other personalized elements into the design.
How far in advance should I book balloon décor for my event?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and larger installations. Booking ahead gives us the best opportunity to secure your date and source any specialty colors or custom elements. Have a last-minute event? Reach out anyway. If we have availability, we'll be happy to see what we can create.

Yes. Our custom installations include professional setup so your décor is properly placed and ready for your event. Delivery, installation, and any applicable breakdown or pickup requirements will be discussed as part of your custom quote.

Balloons by Four provides custom balloon décor and event installations throughout Long Island, including Suffolk and Nassau County. If your event is outside our typical service area, feel free to reach out with your location and event details to see if we're able to accommodate it.
